Meet the Team

We are good at what we do and enjoy each other’s company. We also enjoy good-natured banter, and our patients frequently jump right in.

Every member of our staff is well-trained, experienced, and current with trends in dentistry. Going beyond recertification requirements, we regularly attend seminars and workshops that simply pique our curiosity. And, of course, we also have outside lives and interests, so our professional expertise is tempered by perspective. This is the foundation of conservative dentistry.

Hygienists:
Carrie & Carla

Our team of twin hygienists makes patients do a double take and generates an instant level of smiles and fun all around.

We know. It sounds like a sitcom. And sometimes it seems like it is, so our patients are often reluctant to miss an episode. Each of our hygienists develops long-lasting relationships with her patients.

A good hygienist has a steady hand; an excellent one also has a ready ear. Carrie and Carla are excellent hygienists. They are also inspired - and gentle - educators who can offer alternatives to make your home care easier and more effective. But most importantly - especially for patients who have not been in for a while - our hygienists are nonjudgemental. They want patients to leave appointments feeling motivated, and glad they came in.

Dental Assistant: Mari

Mari brings over 17 years of experience to our team. She is adept at accurately interpreting the subtle dialect of a patient with a mouthful of instruments, as well as anticipating the technical demands of any procedure Dr. Neff employs. We think she’s part psychic. And while she won’t read your fortune, she will engage in witty repartee with Dr. Neff and any patient so inclined.

Front office: Misty
Misty is the welcoming and unflappable face in the front office and the voice patients hear on the phone. She is a wizard with the calendar, happy to schedule - and reschedule - appointments to fit your agenda rather than ours. In addition, Misty is fully conversant in the arcane language of dental insurance and is more than willing to help you decipher your benefits. For anything, anyone needs, whether staff or patients, they just ask Misty.
